Examples of Contract Currency in a sentence
If the sum of (a) the total cost to the Buyer of completing the Work, (b) all other damages suffered by the Buyer as a result of the default by the Seller, and (c) all amounts previously paid to the Seller under this Contract, exceeds the Contract Price, the Seller shall pay the difference to the Buyer in the Contract Currency within thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice from the Buyer.
Where PPD incurs Pass Through Costs in a currency other than the Contract Currency, PPD shall, for Sponsor invoicing and payment purposes, convert such costs to the Contract Currency based on an average exchange rate between the local currency and the Contract Currency for the month in which such costs were incurred.
For Sponsor invoicing and payment purposes, PPD shall convert all investigator fees that are to be paid in a currency other than the Contract Currency to the Contract Currency.
If the amount of the Contract Currency so purchased is greater than the sum originally due to the Administrative Agent or such Bank in such currency, the Administrative Agent and the Banks agree to apply such excess to any Loans or other amounts then due and payable hereunder.
If the amount of the Contract Currency so purchased is less than the sum originally due to the Administrative Agent or such Bank in such Contract Currency, the Company agrees, as a separate obligation and notwithstanding any such judgment, to indemnify the Administrative Agent or such Bank or the Person to whom such obligation was owing against such loss.
