The Performance Tests shall be performed under normal operating conditions as described in Exhibit D hereto and in accordance with all applicable Laws in effect on the date thereof, and the test results shall be adjusted pursuant to the Correction Curves for deviations from the Design Conditions and shall be adjusted for other deviations as set forth in Exhibit D.
