Customer Application Form definition

Customer Application Form or “CAF” means your application process for the Services. This form or application via online or telephone approves and authorises the provision of the Services by Vodafone to you and contains such information as Vodafone may reasonably specify. For the avoidance of doubt, the form, content and medium of the 10.Customer Acceptance Form (in writing, on-line or via other means) will be as specified by Vodafone from time to time.
Customer Application Form means the customer application form completed and signed by or for and on your behalf in connection with the provision of the Connexis Connect/Gateway Service. The Customer Application Form forms part of the Account Opening Documentation.
