Data Processing Details means the description of the data Processing being carried out under the Contract, the details of which are set out in the data processing agreement with the relevant Data Controller.

  • Supplier shall complete any incomplete fields in Section III/C (Data Processing Details) of these DP Terms prior to execution of these DP Terms, and provide Qualcomm with any updates to these details as soon as possible.

Related to Data Processing Details

  • Data Processing shall have the same meaning as set out in the DPA.
