Daylight Saving Time definition

Daylight Saving Time. The Hospital shall continue its policy regarding Hours of Work regarding daylight savings time as it was in effect on the date of this Agreement.
Daylight Saving Time. Employees working on shift during the actual change in time in the spring and again in the fall will be paid for actual hours worked.
Daylight Saving Time means the months when the clocks are moved forward by one hour.

Examples of Daylight Saving Time in a sentence

  • It is further understood that the amount of regular pay for a full normal shift worked shall not be affected by reason of the change in the number of normal hours worked in consequence of such change from Daylight Saving Time to Standard Time and vice versa.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, all scheduling shall be in Eastern Standard Time and no adjustment shall be made for Daylight Saving Time.
