Design Elements definition

Design Elements means library elements, libraries, symbols, simulation or behavioral models, circuit and logic elements, and any Updates thereto included with, and Used in conjunction with Software.
Design Elements means the visual appearance of the Website (including page layouts, artwork, photographs, logos, graphics, animations, video works and text comprised in the Website) together with all mark-ups and style sheets comprised in or generated by the Website, but excluding:
Design Elements means library elements, libraries, symbols, simulation or behavioral models, circuit and logic elements and any Updates thereto included with, and used in conjunction with Software.

Examples of Design Elements in a sentence

  • The distribution of funds to StadCo for Casualty Repair Work shall not in and of itself constitute or be deemed to constitute (i) an Approval or acceptance by the Authority of the relevant Casualty Repair Work with respect to the Material Design Elements or (ii) a representation or indemnity by the Authority to StadCo or any other Person against any deficiency or defects in such Casualty Repair Work or against any breach of contract.

  • The Engineer shall supply project specific design criteria (typical sections, estimate, design exceptions, etc.) to be inserted into the Design Elements form for discussion at the Design Concept Conference (DCC).
