Designated Users definition

Designated Users has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.19(a).
Designated Users means the maximum number of users or other quantity designation identified on an Order Form who are authorized to use the Software.
Designated Users means those individuals that a member authorizes to access and use Materials for the benefit of the member.

  • Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Client’s account and password and for restricting access to its computer systems, and Client agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Client’s account or password, including but not limited to any acts or omissions by Designated Users.

  • Client agrees to adopt a commercially reasonable policy for managing data requests from Designated Users and Employees, which policy shall safeguard the rights of such data subjects and respect the original purpose of such data collection.

More Definitions of Designated Users

Designated Users means the contact person(s) or group(s) designated by Customer and agreed to by LogRhythm who will coordinate all Support Services requests to LogRhythm.
Designated Users means End User employee(s) acting within the scope of their employment, acting on End User’s behalf, or for whom End User have purchased a license. “Additional User(s)” may be enumerated separately as part of a purchase agreement executed in conjunction with this license. End User may not publish, distribute, extract, re-utilize, or reproduce any part of VBI Products in any material or form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means) other than in accordance with the limited use license set out in these End User Licensing Agreement or as permitted by the United States Copyright Act. Except as expressly provided herein and the copyright notice, we grant no rights to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or any other proprietary rights. Notwithstanding the foregoing, VBI does not own the original personal information that Users input into VBI products.
Designated Users means employees or third party contractors (excluding Administrative Users) designated by Administrative Users to access and use the Services, provided such number of Designated Users does not exceed the cumulative number of persons employed by or contracted to perform on Licensee’s behalf or on behalf of Ordering Activity (as applicable). Designated Users do not have authorization to designate, add, change, or remove other Designated Users, or to access Support. “Reports”: means the reports that Symantec provides or makes available with the Services. Administrative Users of the Gold Services and Platinum Services may select and receive custom Reports, as may be available through the DeepSight Website. “Symantec Material(s)”: means the materials provided in connection with the Services, including but not limited to the Alert Information, Reports, but not including any third party websites, or content thereon, that may be reached from any link contained in any such materials.
Designated Users means those employees, or personnel of subcontractors of Customer or designated by Customer who have been given the right to use the Synesa Solutions Service under this Agreement to the extent of the licence of Customer, and the amount of which users shall be specified in the Order Form.

To use the Software in any situation, after your 45-day trial has expired, You must also have a valid commercial Ext JS license.
