Despatch Instruction definition

Despatch Instruction means an instruction issued by the Control Centre to the Company for the Despatch of power by message to be confirmed in writing/fax by Control Centre in accordance with the Operating Procedures developed by the Parties to operate the Project in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, Technical Limits and Prudent Utility Practices including: (a) an instruction to target Active/Reactive Power to be maintained by the Project; (b) an instruction to Synchronize or de-Synchronize the Unit(s) at a particular time; (c) an instruction to defer or cancel a Scheduled Outage or Maintenance Outage subject to provision of Article 5; and (d) an instruction for backing down the Active/ Reactive Power due to Grid conditions.
Despatch Instruction. The meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.4(a).
Despatch Instruction. The instructions for Despatch which include successive or revised Despatch Instructions and Desptach Instructions revised on the basis of information provided by the Seller.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the issue by The Company in relation to the BM Unit of a Reactive Despatch Instruction to unity power factor or zero Mvar shall not imply demonstration to The Company’s reasonable satisfaction of compliance as referred to above nor imply in relation to the BM Unit agreement by The Company of an earlier date as referred to herein.

  • If the Company is Despatched above the Declared Available Capacity prevailing at the Declaration Deadline and the Company is unable to comply with such Despatch Instruction or Revised Despatch Instruction, as applicable, equal to or less than the Revised Declared Available Capacity, liquidated damages shall be payable pursuant to Section 9.4(c).

  • A Black Start capable plant shall undergo a test which demonstrates its capability to synchronise at least sixty per cent (60%) of the Units installed within a time period of thirty (30) minutes following a Despatch Instruction from Purchaser when the plant has been disconnected from the Purchaser Systems for at least one (1) hour prior to the Despatched Instruction.

Despatch Instruction means an instruction given by UETCL to despatch the Generation Facility.
