Developer Application definition

Developer Application means your application software that interoperates with the Runtime Software and complies with the requirements of this Agreement, for example, Section 4.1.
Developer Application means an application, software functionality, script, API call or web page that is developed and provided by Customer that uses a Matterport API and/or Matterport SDK.
Developer Application means any software application or service that You develop or modify, based on the API Developer Tools, to interact with the UiPath Software.

  • Client is responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of Developer Application content and user data.

  • Client will comply with, and ensure that Client’s Developer Application and end users comply with all Applicable Law.

  • You may not access MP3 codecs within the runtime libraries other than through the published runtime APIs. Development, use or distribution of a Developer Application that operates on non-PC devices and that decodes MP3 data not contained within a SWF, FLV or other file format that contains more than MP3 data may require one or more third-party license(s).

  • If you distribute the Sample Code or SDK Source Files under this agreement, you must include a copyright notice in such code, files, the relevant Developer Application or other larger work incorporating such code or files.

  • You shall not create or distribute any Developer Application that runs without installation.

  • You may not (i) make any statement that any Developer Application or other software is “certified” or otherwise guaranteed by Adobe or (ii) use Adobe’s name or trademarks to market any Developer Application or other software without written permission from Adobe.

  • You may not incorporate the Adobe AIR trademark, or any other Adobe trademark, in whole or in part, in the title of your Developer Application or in your company name, domain name or the name of a service related to Adobe AIR.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that, excluding UiPath's IP Rights over the Tools referenced or incorporated in the Developer Application, You retain all IP Rights in the Developer Application.

  • If you are not authorized, you may not accept the API Terms or register a Developer Application for someone else.

  • You will have a privacy policy that tells users what user data you are going to use and how you will use, display, share, or transfer that data and you will include your privacy policy URL in the Developer Application.


More Definitions of Developer Application

Developer Application means the software or other application owned or operated by Developer which has been or is developed by Developer in a manner that interoperates with the Service.
Developer Application means each individual host application, plug-in, script(s), workflow or other program that Developer makes available to Users via the Platform, as listed in Schedule 1 to the Program Agreement (“Schedule 1”). For the sake of clarity, each Developer Application shall be considered Developer Software hereunder.
Developer Application means your application software that interoperates with the Runtime Software.
Developer Application means an application, whether for personal computer, smartphone, tablet, or other device, developed by Developer for purposes of interfacing with the AMEX APIs in order to access and interact with AMEX Platforms, that has been approved by AMEX in accordance with Section 3.4 and for which such approval is current.

Related to Developer Application

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.
