Development Deliverables definition

Development Deliverables means the tangible results of services performed by Supplier to be delivered to Authorized Purchasers in connection with the development of Goods for use in Apple products, including Development Builds, Supplier Reference Code, the items to be delivered that are identified in an SOW, and any other such items not identified in an SOW that are offered by Supplier to Authorized Purchasers to the extent that such items are not covered under the terms and conditions of a separate written agreement signed by the parties to the Agreement, not including Goods.

  • The Professional hereby grants to the Owner an unconditional right to use, for any purpose whatsoever, the Schematic Deliverables, the Design Development Deliverables, the Construction Documents, the Bid Documents and any other documents or electronic media prepared by or on behalf of the Professional for the Project, free of any copyright claims, trade secrets or other proprietary rights with respect to such documents.

  • Supplier will, at Supplier’s expense, provide Apple (i) reports requested by Apple, including reports regarding the Development Deliverables, Goods, Purchase Orders, Hubs, and Defective Goods; and (ii) the reports described in the document(s), if any, referenced in the Apple Requirements Document, in the format and frequency set forth therein.

  • Upon any termination, unless otherwise provided in Apple’s written direction, Supplier will immediately: (i) cease work in connection with this Agreement; (ii) prepare and submit to Apple an itemization of all completed and partially completed Development Deliverables and Goods in connection with this Agreement; (iii) deliver upon request any work in process in connection with this Agreement; and (iv) deliver upon request any Apple Equipment.

Development Deliverables means (i) the Product Specifications; (ii) Master Batch Documentation; (iii) Batch Records; (iv) procedures, processes, protocols and analytical methods developed in the performance of the Services that are solely related to Product; (v) technical reports prepared as part of Services; and (vi) other deliverables specified in a Work Plan which may include, but shall not be limited to, raw data and in-process controls (IPC) results.
