Development Field definition

Development Field means [ * ].
Development Field means the treatment of non-infectious anterior uveitis.
Development Field means the field in which CVT (and/or FHI under the terms of this Agreement) shall conduct the Development Program, relating to: (a) inducement of pharmacological stress and/or (b) vasodilation of the coronary vasculature, to the extent that either such stress or vasodilation is induced strictly for purposes of diagnosing cardiovascular disease.

  • WATERS shall have the right to extend such warranty to purchasers of NuCleave-TM- Kits for use on NuCleave-TM- Systems in the Pharmaceutical Development Field.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, (a) Valeant will make the final determination with respect to the Manufacture, sale, distribution, Commercialization or Exploitation of the Product in the Field in the Territory and with respect to the Development of the Product in the Field in the Territory outside of the United States, and (b) Eyegate will make the final determination with respect to the Development of the Product in the Development Field for the United States (except as otherwise set forth herein).

  • MLNM represents and warrants that except for the MLNM Patent Rights and the MLNM Research Tool Patents, as of the Effective Date, MLNM does not own any other inventions, patents or patent applications that are reasonably necessary to develop, make, use, have made, and sell Development Candidates in the GLGC Development Field.

Development Field means the treatment of any human disease, disorder or condition, including but not limited to UCD, HE or Hyperammonemia. Notwithstanding the amendment set forth above, Hyperion acknowledges and affirms: (i) its obligations under Section 2.2 of the Agreement including Hyperion’s agreement that the primary focus of its efforts under the Development and Regulatory Program is to obtain Regulatory Approval first in the United States for GT4P in UCD and HE; and (ii) Hyperion does not have any rights to further develop Ammonul HE during the Development Term.

Related to Development Field

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Development Activities means those Development activities undertaken by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates with respect to the Product in the Field.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.
