Device Availability definition

Device Availability means the ability to access any Device(s) via a remote access protocol normally available on the Device. Device Availability does not apply to any server that is non-RAIDed.
Device Availability means the time that a Switch is up and running. It is expressed as a percentage of up time versus the total time for the observation period, as follows: Device Availability = x 100 Observations Period

  • Service Level (%) 99.50% If the Device Availability Service Level is not achieved, Customer will receive a credit against the monthly recurring Charges for Managed LAN at the affected Locations, calculated as follows: Total Outages less than or equal to 1 hour in excess of the committed Device Availability percentage.

  • Network Device Availability A high-availability network device solution typically requires two (2) devices configured in a fail-over configuration.

  • The credit will be calculated as one thirtieth (1/30th) of the Monthly Recurring Charge for each full hour of Outage exceeding the Outage time allowed under the Site Device Availability Service Level, up to a cumulative maximum credit of 100% of Monthly Recurring Charge.

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.

  • System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time. Represented algebraically, System Availability for any particular calendar month is determined as follows:

  • Average Availability means, with respect to any period, the sum of the aggregate amount of Availability for each Business Day in such period (calculated as of the end of each respective Business Day) divided by the number of Business Days in such period.
