Discount Code definition

Discount Code means a unique code applicable to future purchases of Norton Products sold by Gen Digital, which Class Members may opt to receive, in accordance with paragraphs 10-16 of this Settlement Agreement. A Discount Code shall have no expiration date;
Discount Code shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c).

Examples of Discount Code in a sentence

  • Class Members who currently have an Account with Gen Digital will receive the Discount Code or Free Licence, as the case may be, by email to their last known email address associated with their Account.

  • Class Members who no longer have an Account with Gen Digital shall provide on the Claim Form an email address to which the Discount Code or Free Licence, as the case may be, should be sent.

  • Eligibility for benefits offered in conjunction with the use of any Discount Code is at the sole discretion of Cledara and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • From time to time, Cledara may offer a Discount Code that provides prospective participants of the Rewards Program access to cash bonuses or increased multiples.

  • Publisher will not have the ability to selfgenerate any ZeroCost Discount Code (as defined below).

  • Class Members who currently have an Account with Gen Digital and who do not submit a Claim Form in accordance with paragraphs 19-24 of this Settlement Agreement shall be deemed to have chosen, and shall automatically receive, Option 2 with a Discount Code.

  • When your reserved Combo becomes available for sale on our Website, we will send you the Discount Code which you may apply towards the purchase price and shipping of your reserved Product at the time of purchase through our Website.

  • To use a Discount Code, you will need to enter the code provided to you at checkout.

  • Speaker Applicant warrants, represents, and agrees that they have the full power and authority to enter into this agreement; and has obtained Please use your Discount Code “CMFSPEAKER” to Register (only yourself) for free as a benefit of participating at CMF.

  • Financiera is not the subject of any pending Action or, to the Knowledge of the Parent, Action threatened in writing seeking the revocation, suspension, termination, modification or impairment of the Discount Code.

  • Discount has the meaning set forth in Section 6.06.

  • Discount Rate means the rate used by the Plan Administrator for determining the Accrual Balance. The initial Discount Rate is six percent (6%). However, the Plan Administrator, in its discretion, may adjust the Discount Rate to maintain the rate within reasonable standards according to GAAP and/or applicable bank regulatory guidance.

  • Discount Price means the product of (i) the price per share of Capital Stock sold in an Equity Financing and (ii) 100% less the Discount.

  • Discount Fraction With respect to each Discount Mortgage Loan, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Discount Net Mortgage Rate minus the Net Mortgage Rate (or the initial Net Mortgage Rate with respect to any Discount Mortgage Loans as to which the Mortgage Rate is modified pursuant to 3.07(a)) for such Mortgage Loan and the denominator of which is the Discount Net Mortgage Rate. The Discount Fraction with respect to each Discount Mortgage Loan is set forth as an exhibit attached to the Series Supplement.

  • Discount Option Receivables shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.12. The aggregate amount of Discount Option Receivables outstanding on any Date of Processing occurring on or after the Discount Option Date shall equal the sum of (a) the aggregate Discount Option Receivables at the end of the prior Date of Processing (which amount, prior to the Discount Option Date, shall be zero) plus (b) any new Discount Option Receivables created on such Date of Processing minus (c) any Discount Option Receivable Collections received on such Date of Processing. Discount Option Receivables created on any Date of Processing shall mean the product of the amount of any Principal Receivables created on such Date of Processing (without giving effect to the proviso in the definition of Principal Receivables) and the Discount Percentage.
