Dispatch note. Document issued by the Supplier after the completion of all the agreed procedures, informing ENEL that the equipment or material covered by the Contract has been shipped, in full or in part. □ Agreed Quality: Agreement established between ENEL and the Supplier according to which the latter has a certain liability in relation to the purchase, ensuring a quality level previously agreed between the Parties. □ Notice to Proceed: Notice by ENEL to the Supplier in which ENEL requires the Supplier to start the execution of all or part of the activities covered by the Contract, listed in the Notice to Proceed.
