Distributing Classes definition

Distributing Classes means the US$ Institutional Distributing Class, the US$ Institutional C Distributing Class, the Sterling Institutional Distributing Class, the Sterling Investor Distributing Class, the Sterling Investor Distributing B Class, the Hedged Sterling Institutional Distributing Class, the Sterling Institutional C Distributing Class, the Euro Institutional Distributing Class, the Hedged Euro Institutional Distributing Class and Shares of such other classes as may be designated by the Directors from time to time;

Distributing Classes means the U.S.$ Institutional Distributing Class, the Sterling Institutional Distributing Class, the Euro Institutional Distributing Class, the Sterling Investor Distributing Class, the Sterling Wealth A Distributing Class, the Sterling Institutional Distributing C Class, the Sterling Institutional D Distributing Class, the Sterling Institutional E Distributing Class, the Sterling Institutional F Distributing Class, the Sterling Institutional G Distributing Class, the U.S.$ Wealth A Distributing Class, the U.S.$ Wealth B Distributing Class, the Euro Wealth A Distributing Class, the Euro Wealth B Distributing Class, the Euro Wealth C Distributing Class and Shares of such other classes as may be designated by the Directors from time to time; “Emerging Market Country” means those countries that are: (i) characterised as developing or emerging by any of the World Bank, the United Nations, the International Finance Corporation, or the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development; (ii) included in an emerging markets index by a recognised index provider; or (iii) countries with similar developing frontier or emerging characteristics as countries classified as emerging market countries pursuant to sub-paragraph (i) and (ii) above, in each case determined at the time of purchase;

Distributing Classes means Classes for which dividends may be declared as per the dividend policy set out in Section 10.1 of the Prospectus.

Distributing Classes means Class Md Shares in the Fund.

Distributing Classes means all Classes of Shares for which the Directors intend to declare a dividend in accordance with the section of this Supplement titled "Distribution Policy" below and which are identified by "Distributing Shares" in their Class name; "Emerging Markets" means Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Qatar, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey and United Arab Emirates; "Employee Shares" means Shares in the Fund issued as Class ES USD Non-distributing Shares, Class ES USD Distributing Shares, Class ES GBP Non-distributing Shares, Class ES GBP Distributing Shares, Class ES EUR Non-distributing Shares, Class ES EUR Distributing Shares, Class ES CHF Non-distributing Shares, Class ES CHF Distributing Shares, Class ES AUD Non-distributing Shares, Class ES AUD Distributing Shares, Class ES JPY Non-distributing Shares, Class ES JPY Distributing Shares, Class ES SGD Non-distributing Shares, Class ES SGD Distributing Shares, Class ES HKD Non-distributing Shares Class ES HKD Distributing Shares, Class ES DKK Non-distributing Shares, Class ES DKK Distributing Shares, Class ES SEK Non-distributing Shares and/or Class ES SEK Distributing Shares; "environmentally sustainable economic activity" In accordance with the Taxonomy Regulation, an underlying investment of the Fund shall be considered as environmentally sustainable where its economic activity:(a) contributes substantially to one or more of the Environmental Objectives;(b) does not significantly harm any of the Environmental Objectives, in accordance with the Taxonomy Regulation;(c) is carried out in compliance with minimum safeguards, prescribed in the Taxonomy Regulation; and(d) complies with technical screening criteria established by the European Commission in accordance with the Taxonomy Regulation.It should be noted that the “do no significant harm” principle applies only to those investments underlying the Fund that take into account the EU criteria for environmentally sustainable economic activities. "Euro Shares" means the Class A EUR Non-distributing Shares, Class A EUR Distributing Shares, Class B EUR Non-distributing Shares, Class B EUR Distributing Shares, Class C EUR Non-distributing Shares, Class C EUR Distributing Shares, Class D EUR Non-distributing Shares, Class D EUR Distributing Shares, Class D1 EUR Non-Distributing Shares, Class D1 EUR Distributing Shares, Class E EUR Non- distributing Shares, Class E EUR...

Distributing Classes means such Share Classes which the Company declares dividends in respect of and which have “Distributing” in their name;
