The "Other Classes" clause defines how different categories or classes of shares, interests, or participants are treated within an agreement or organization. Other Classes. A Unitholder must hold the minimum number of Units of any Other Class, and meet the other requirements, if any, as stipulated in the designations governing the Other Class.
