Distribution Contracts definition

Distribution Contracts means Contracts between Cedant or its Affiliates, on the one hand, and a Distributor, on the other hand, pursuant to which such Distributor markets or sells Reinsured Policies.
Distribution Contracts means those contracts between members of the Seller's Group and distributors relating to the Business relating to the supply of goods or equipment or the provision of maintenance or other services which are listed in Part C of Schedule 1;

Distribution Contracts means, collectively, those certain fuel distribution agreements listed on Schedule 1.2.

Related to Distribution Contracts

  • Distribution Agreements means (i) any and all agreements entered into by a Credit Party, pursuant to which such Credit Party has sold, leased, licensed or assigned distribution rights or other exploitation rights to any Item of Product to an un-Affiliated Person, and (ii) any and all agreements hereafter entered into by a Credit Party pursuant to which such Credit Party sells, leases, licenses or assigns distribution rights or other exploitation rights to an Item of Product to an un-Affiliated Person.
