Document Deliverables definition

Document Deliverables means the designs, drawings, schematics, specifications, engineering documents, part lists, test plans and other documents that are a part of or otherwise included in the Deliverables set forth in Attachment A.
Document Deliverables mean, without duplication, (a) all Regulatory Documentation; (b) books, records, manuals, files, invoices, inventory records, product specifications, customer lists (for the 36 months immediately preceding the date of this Agreement, where practical and available), cost and pricing information, physician lists, supplier lists, business plans, catalogs, customer literature, quality control records and credit records of customers; (c) research, design and development files, records and laboratory books; (d) all sales, advertising, marketing, promotional and training materials and all other printed or written materials used or held for use primarily in the operation of the Business; (e) all data relevant to the manufacturing of the Product; (f) copies of current and former employee and contractor agreements relating to the nonuse and nondisclosure (or the like) of Intellectual Property Assets; (g) copies of current and former employee and contractor agreements relating to the nonuse and nondisclosure (or the like) of Intellectual Property with such Person’s former employer; and (h) all other documentation related to the Transferred Assets.
Document Deliverables means all the documents, specifications, designs, reports, correspondence and advice that the Supplier is to deliver pursuant to this Agreement (excluding any Software Deliverables), as set out in the Services & Deliverables Specification. "Documentation" means the Supplier's published documentation in relation to the Supplier Software (if any), as the Supplier may update and amend from time to time.

Examples of Document Deliverables in a sentence

  • Prior to the execution of this Subaward and annually thereafter (or as otherwise established by County), Subrecipient shall submit evidence/documentation (Subaward Document Deliverables) of its compliance with this requirement in the form and manner that is prescribed by County.

  • Bank reserves the right to require copies of any of the Bank Document Deliverables for review prior to making any Advance for the purchase of a Participation Interest in any specific Mortgage Loan.

  • Nothing contained in this Section authorizes or permits the delivery to Seller or any other Person (other than the Document Custodian) of any Bank Document Deliverables which are required under this Agreement to be delivered directly to the Document Custodian.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, any and all Bank Document Deliverables received by Seller at any time (and any and all Bank Document Deliverables that are or are deemed to be in or under the custody, possession or control of Seller at any time) shall be held in trust by Seller as the property and for the benefit of Bank.

  • Nothing contained in this Section authorizes or permits the delivery to Seller or any other Person (other than the Document Custodian) of any of the Bank Document Deliverables which are required to be delivered directly to the Document Custodian pursuant to the provisions of this Section.

  • High-level acceptance criteria for Document Deliverables and Software Deliverables are listed in Section 1.501.

  • Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to minimize the period of time in which such utilities and services are curtailed, suspended, interrupted, or stopped.

  • Without limiting the requirements set forth in Section 3.2, Seller acknowledges and agrees that any and all Bank Document Deliverables relating to any Participated Mortgage Loan which are at any time in the custody, possession or control of Seller after Bank’s purchase of a Participation Interest in such Participated Mortgage Loan shall be held and delivered to the Document Custodian pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 5.11.

  • Subject to Sections 3.2 and 3.3, within five (5) Business Days after the Purchase Date for any Participated Mortgage Loan, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Document Custodian all of the Bank Document Deliverables for such Participated Mortgage Loan.

  • Nothing contained in this Article authorizes or permits the delivery to Seller or any other Person (other than the Document Custodian) of any of the Bank Document Deliverables which Seller is required hereunder to cause to be delivered directly to the Document Custodian.


More Definitions of Document Deliverables

Document Deliverables means any Contract Material which is created by and to be handed over by the Supplier to the Purchaser as a component of the Goods, Services or Project;
Document Deliverables means all the documents, specifications, designs, reports, correspondence and advice that the Supplier is to deliver pursuant to this Agreement (excluding any Software Deliverables), as set out in the Proposal Specification.
Document Deliverables means any Deliverable in documentary form, other than computer software;
Document Deliverables means any Deliverable in documentary form including any required to be created, provided, delivered or updated by or on behalf of the Operator under this Agreement. Down Time means any period when the Platform is not Available.

Related to Document Deliverables

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.

  • DMA Customer Documentation means the agreements (together with any applicable schedules, exhibits or appendices thereto required by BSEF) in form and substance acceptable to BSEF, that are required to be executed and delivered to BSEF before a DMA Customer may access the SEF Platform. Except as otherwise provided in these Rules, in the event of any conflict between these Rules and the DMA Customer Documentation, these Rules shall govern.

  • E-Auction Process Information Document means this document including all the annexures, formats hereto, Information Memorandum, Data Room information / documents, for the purposes of setting out the process for submission of a bid and selection of Successful Bidder in accordance with the provisions of the IBC and Liquidation Process Regulations and shall include all supplements, modifications, amendments, addendums, alterations or clarifications thereto issued in accordance with the terms hereof;

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
