DTH Operator definition

DTH Operator means a company that has been granted license by the Central Government to provide DTH Service;
DTH Operator means a company that has been granted license by the Central Government to provide DTH Service.
DTH Operator s DTH Service” means distribution of television channel programmes by using a Ku-band direct-to-home satellite transmission system by providing television signals directly to Subscriber’s premises without passing through an intermediary such as cable operator or any other distributor of television channels.

  • The DTH Operator shall procure that its affiliates who are operating in the area comply with the terms of this Agreement and perform their obligations hereunder.

  • No receiver has been appointed in respect of the whole or any part of any of the assets of the DTH Operator.
