Due Completion Date The time for achieving Practical Completion is 18 months after the Commencement Date.
The programme shall be agreed between the Employer and the Contractor prior to the implementation of the construction works If the construction programme has to be revised in terms of Clause 12 of the Conditions of Contract because the Contractor is falling behind in his programme, the Contractor shall submit a revised programme of how he intends to regain lost time to ensure completion of the Works before the Due Completion Date.
