Effective date of dissolution definition

Effective date of dissolution of an entity means, with respect to any domestic entity other than a general partnership that was a reporting entity before dissolution, the earlier of the effective date of the entity's articles of dissolution or statement of dissolution or the date as shown by the records of the secretary of state on which the entity was administratively or judicially dissolved.
Effective date of dissolution. Shall have the meaning assigned to it pursuant to Section 17.01 hereof.
Effective date of dissolution of a company means the earlier of the effective date of the company’s statement of dissolution or the date as shown by the records of the minister of commerce on which the company was judicially dissolved or was dissolved automatically upon the expiration of its period of duration.

  • Scheduled Dissolution Date means, in respect of each Series, the date specified as such in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Event of Dissolution shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.

  • Dissolution Event means (i) a voluntary termination of operations, (ii) a general assignment for the benefit of the Company’s creditors or (iii) any other liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company (excluding a Liquidity Event), whether voluntary or involuntary.
