End User Machines definition

End User Machines means all work stations, terminals, printers, fax machines, and associated peripheral equipment used by end users and described in a Schedule to each Transaction Document for such Transaction Document, whether stationary or mobile equipment used by end users, but does not include the work stations being used by IBM personnel in connection with the scheduled Projects or the Equifax Provided Hardware located in the Data Center. Elements of the Services has the meaning given in SECTION 17.15.
