Applications Software. ACE and the Eligible Recipients shall maintain Software currency for Applications Software or other Software for which ACE is financially responsible under this Agreement. Subject to 9.8(a), IBM shall not install new Software releases or make other Software changes if doing so would require ACE or the Eligible Recipients to install new releases of, replace, or make other changes to Applications Software or other Software for which ACE is financially responsible unless ACE consents in writing to such change.

Applications Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used only by you, or be included in your product and delivered as a solution to your end users. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any prior version thereof for the same operating system, on a single computer but only for use in the number of written language(s) that you selected at time of first installation and in which you have acquired rights; provided that such use complies with all applicable laws. Applications Software. You may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or in its place, any prior version for the same operating system, on as many computers as the number of licenses purchased (see the “Licenses” section above). The primary user of the computer on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable computer.

Applications Software. In connection with the provision of Services, IBM shall be responsible for the Applications Software, as indicated on Schedule F (Software), except for SCA Retained Software as indicated on Schedule F (Software), or, for any Applications Software not listed on Schedule F (Software) or acquired after the Effective Date, as directed by SCA.

Applications Software. During the Term of this Agreement, ISSC will operate the Applications Software listed in Schedules A and T. In addition, ISSC will: a) install new versions of, releases of, or modifications to, Applications Software listed in Schedules A and T, in accordance with this Agreement, Schedule K and the Change Control Procedures; b) provide a level of Enhancements resources per year equal to the resource category (as defined in Schedule J) specified in the Supplement to perform AD/M Services as requested by Comdata or as otherwise required in accordance with ISSC's obligations under this Agreement Any resources required beyond this commitment will be chargeable to Comdata subject to the provisions of Sections 6.4 and 6.5; and 7 c) cooperate with Comdata or third parties engaged by Comdata to develop Applications Software and DSM Software.

Applications Software. During the term of the Transaction Document, Certegy will be responsible for selecting, or defining requirements for, all Applications Software and all software which executes on End User Machines. IBM agrees to use any Applications Software selected by Certegy, subject to the provisions of Section 3.12 of the Master Agreement. If new Systems Software is required to support Certegy's new Applications Software, IBM will be compensated for maintenance, support and all license and related charges, if any, associated with the new System Software. Certegy will also retain responsibility for maintenance, support and all license and related charges for all Applications Software. Certegy shall audit, control and approve all new Applications Software prior to its promotion into production and provide the information necessary to operate any new or enhanced Applications Software sufficiently in advance of installation into the production environment to allow IBM a smooth implementation. - Support Services As between the Parties, Certegy's responsibilities shall be to: - perform its responsibilities in accordance with the Procedures Manual, the Master Agreement, the Transaction Document and this Schedule E; - provide to IBM, to the extent not otherwise sold, assigned or licensed to IBM, for the purposes of meeting its obligations under this Master Agreement, full access to, and use of, equipment and software on the terms and conditions set forth in this Master Agreement; - provide data, data entry, and data base management and coordinate such activities with IBM's systems design and production functions as described in the Master Agreement, the Transaction Document and this Schedule E; - designate and document application information requirements, including report design and content, frequency of reports, and accessibility to information; - provide support to Authorized Users for questions and problems related to Applications Software and Certegy's operations procedures, as referred by the IBM Help Desk; - provide personnel and equipment to reasonably ensure the physical security of the Certegy Facilities; - be responsible for creation and administration of user access and password management and security programs as described in Schedule L, the Transaction Document and the Procedures Manual; - provide all preprinted forms, print paper and expendable or consumable supplies required by IBM to perform the Services; - be responsible for Certegy tape media additions and ...
