End User Personal Data means the personal data provided to Brain by the End User employees, contractors, or other designated agents when utilizing Software of BrainOS-enabled Robots.

The End User agrees that all such approved Sub-processors are permitted to Process End User Personal Data for the nature and purposes set forth herein.
Brain and the End User agree that Brain and its Affiliates shall process End User Personal Data for the purposes, duration and other details set forth in Appendix I.

More Definitions of End User Personal Data
End User Personal Data means information about an End User which Outbrain collects from End Users directly via the Outbrain widget, including Outbrain’s own UUID, IP address (which Outbrain translates into geo-location and deletes the last octet) and some other user agent data (for example, information about which device and browser the End User is using to access the widget);
End User Personal Data means any and all information relating to any DISH End User to which T-Mobile has access solely by virtue of (a) providing the Service under this Agreement or (b) acquiring such information pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, including, without limitation: (i) the IMEI, MSISDN, Number, names, addresses, email addresses, internet protocol addresses, other identifying information and/or other non-public information of any DISH End User; (ii) the fact that an individual is or was a DISH End User; (iii) CPNI; (iv) activation and suspension of service histories, service choices and preferences; and (v) other comparable information in each case related to any DISH End User’s use of the Service. For clarity, End User Personal Data is the sole Confidential Information of DISH.

End User Personal Data means any Personal Data provided by or on behalf of the End User. The Supplier shall: only carry out processing of any End User Personal Data on the End User's instructions; implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect any End User Personal Data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss or damage; and only transfer End User Personal Data to countries outside the European Economic Area that ensure an adequate level of protection for the rights of the data subject. The Supplier shall promptly and fully notify the End User in writing of any notices in connection with the processing of any End User Personal Data, including subject access requests, and provide such information and assistance as the End User may reasonably require. The End User acknowledges that the Supplier will be acting as a data processor, rather than as a data controller, in respect of all such data processing activities which the Supplier carries out under this agreement.
End User Personal Data means personal data which AppLogic Networks processes as (i) a data processor in the case of the Distributor’s own use of the Services, or (ii) a data sub- processor engaged by the Distributor exclusively for the purpose of processing activities to be carried out on behalf of the End User in order to provide the Services after the effective date.
