Exercise Value definition

Exercise Value has the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii).
Exercise Value means the number of Common Stock received upon an exercise of this Warrant multiplied by the Exercise Price applicable to such exercise.
Exercise Value means Exercise price multiplied by exercise ratio. “Warrant Registrar” or “Registrar” means Registrar of the Warrants which is Thailand SecuritiesDepository Company Limited or any person authorized by the company’s Committee to act as the registrar of the Warrants. “TSD” means Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. “SEC” means The Securities and Exchange Commission. “SET” means The Stock Exchange of Thailand. “SET PORTAL” means The Stock Exchange of Thailand electronic informationsystem.

  • In the event the Purchase Price is delivered in the form of Cashless Exercise Value, the number of Warrant Stock purchasable under the Warrant thereafter shall be reduced by the amount of Warrant Stock exchanged in connection therewith.

  • Each Signature Option to purchase Signature Common, and all rights existing with respect thereto, shall be exchanged for that number of shares of IHS Stock as shall be equal in value to 51% of the Net Exercise Value of such Signature Option and an amount of cash equal to 49% percent of the Net Exercise Value of such Signature Option.

More Definitions of Exercise Value

Exercise Value means the Fair Market Value of a share of Georgia-Pacific Stock on the date of exercise.
Exercise Value means the sum of the Daily Exercise Values for each of the 20 consecutive trading days of the applicable Exercise Reference Period.
