Existing Load definition

Existing Load means load previously served by Georgia Power and shall include load moved from one location to another provided that the operation at the new location is substantially identical to the operation at the former location.
Existing Load means the Customer’s Assigned Capacity at the Existing Load Facility as of the date of this Agreement (Section 3.0.3 of the Transmission System Code).
Existing Load means load not defined in A.

Examples of Existing Load in a sentence

  • As per the Transmission System Code GLP reserves the right to inspect, test and witness the commissioning of the New and/or modified Existing Load Customer Facilities that could affect the performance of the transmission system.

  • The Connection Agreement as set forth in the Transmission System Code requires the Load Customer to execute a Connection Agreement with GLPL prior to commissioning and Initial In- Service of the New and/or modified Existing Load Customer facilities as specified in Schedule "D" as the CA Execution Date.

  • The Parties Agree that HES may continue to serve the Existing Load served by the Existing HES Facilities on the Adjacent Property until the date Customer begins to develop the Adjacent Property.

  • The Connection Agreement as set forth in the Transmission System Code requires the Load Customer to execute a Connection Agreement with GLPL prior to commissioning and Initial In-Service of the New and/or modified Existing Load Customer facilities as specified in Schedule "D" as the CA Execution Date.

  • Customer agrees to pay all applicable rates and charges specified in Schedule 689, including but not limited to, a New Large Load Direct Access Service Transition Rate, an Existing Load Shortage Transition Adjustment and any other applicable rates and charges related to Customer’s election with regard to Energy Supply, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Schedule 689 and Tariff Rules.
