Exit Services has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 1.c; and

Exit Services means the services, matters and obligations to be provided, carried out or performed by Supplier described in Schedule 12 (Exit Management).

Examples of Exit Services in a sentence

The Exit Services shall be charged at the rates set out in the applicable SOW and if no rates are set out there the Supplier's current time and materials rates.
The Supplier will provide the Exit Services (as defined below) as set out in this Schedule for a period of up to twenty (20) Working Days following termination of this Agreement or termination or expiry of any SOW (as applicable) in relation to the orderly transition of the affected Services (the “Exit Services Period”), as agreed upon by the Parties.
The Exit Services shall be provided at no additional cost to Customer, with the only payments required for such services being the charges payable pursuant to this Agreement.
The Exit Services will be provided to Cox/Comcast pursuant to reasonable commercial terms.
For Server Recipient Service requests for supplemental services including Exit Services not described in this Service Schedule or not included within the pricing documented in this Service Schedule or the Agreement, Service Recipient will provide a written project request and submit such request to Service Provider for consideration by Service Provider.

Exit Services means the services that are set out in Clause 6 of Schedule 1;

Exit Services means the services provided by TasNetworks to the Customer to accommodate energy taken by the Customer from the distribution system as set out in the Embedded Generation Application Form. Supply Contract means any pre-existing contract between TasNetworks and the Customer for the provision of Supply Services in respect of the Connection Point.

Exit Services means the Services that are the subject of the Exit Notice;

Exit Services means any services, including but not limited to the transfer of data from Beebot to the Client and any other services relating to the handover from Beebot to the Client or any third party, that the Client requests Beebot to provide after the end of the Term, howsoever arising.

Exit Services mean the continued provision of access to the Product and use of the Documentation during the Exit Period and during that period the provision of the services set out in Schedule 3 (Exit Services).

Exit Services means services provided by MG to Zogenix, either directly or indirectly, to wholly and effectively transfer the Glass Capsule manufacturing operation to a site other than MG. This includes support to remove Zogenix assets listed in Schedule 4, and transfer of documentation as defined in Schedule 8, in paper or electronic form, related to the Glass Capsule and batch manufacturing history, but excludes the training of subsequent manufacturers in the Glass Capsule manufacturing process.

Exit Services means those obligations specified in Clause 17;
