Final Project Design definition

Final Project Design is the design reflected in the Project’s one hundred percent (100%) construction documents approved by the City Design Review Board under Section 5.2.1.
Final Project Design is defined in Section 5.2.E. “Final Project Schedule” is defined in Section 2.4. “FM Dispute Notice” is defined in Section 13.7.A. “FM Notice” is defined in Section 13.7.A.
Final Project Design means the for-construction Project plans, drawings and construction specifications that have been approved in writing by the City following the design review process described in Section 5.2 of the Development Agreement and approved in writing by SPS as described in Section 6.1 of this Agreement.

Examples of Final Project Design in a sentence

  • PWRF shall complete construction of the Project substantially consistent with the Final Project Design, except as specifically provided herein.

  • Funds required for any increases in the Preliminary Project Budget necessary to complete the Project substantially consistent with the Final Project Design (as potentially modified under this Agreement) shall be provided by PWRF from sources other than the City, except as specifically provided herein.

  • In addressing such additional cost, PWRF may, among other measures, apply contingency funds within the Preliminary Project Budget, make modifications to the Final Project Design, and apply such additional funds that PWRF, in its sole discretion, determines to provide to increase the Preliminary Project Budget.

  • Upon the City Design Review Board’s approval of the Project’s one hundred percent (100%) construction documents, such documents shall constitute the Final Project Design for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Any material changes to the Final Project Design require the prior approval of the City Design Review Board, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • PWRF will keep the City Administrator apprised of its work and advise them of its plans for addressing such conditions, specifically including any proposed changes in the Final Project Design requiring Design Review Board approval under Section 5.2.2. If PWRF concludes that it lacks the resources to address any such unforeseen conditions and that it cannot complete the Project, it will so notify the City Administrator.

  • The Final Project Budget for construction of the PWR Museum consistent with the Final Project Design shall be determined by PWRF and is subject to the approval of the City as provided in Section 5.4.

  • PWRF will construct the PWR Museum on the Site substantially consistent with the Final Project Design as evolved from the Preliminary Project Design provided in Exhibit G, at a currently estimated total cost of approximately _ to ( – ).

  • The submittal shall consist of the Final Project Design Report, Technical Memos in appendix of report, complete plans, specifications, contract documents, and opinion of probable construction cost to the City’s PM for review.

  • The Final Project Budget for construction of the PWR Museum consistent with the Final Project Design shall be determined by PWRF and is subject to the approval of the City as provided in Section 4.4.


More Definitions of Final Project Design

Final Project Design means the 100% complete design of all elements of the Commuter Rail Projects, the CRMF, the Rolling Stock and the DUS Systems enabling the procurement, manufacturing and/or construction thereof (as evidenced by the final design submittals).

Related to Final Project Design

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project designer means any person who designs the following activities with respect to friable ACM in a facility: a response action other than a small-scale short-duration activity, a maintenance activity that disturbs friable ACM other than a small-scale short-duration maintenance activity, or a response action for a major fiber release episode and meets the certification requirements of this regulation.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.
