Finalized Task Order definition

Finalized Task Order means a written agreement, authorized by both parties in the City’s Portal system and made a part of this Agreement, setting forth the agreed to scope, pricing and associated terms for an individual Project as further defined herein.

Examples of Finalized Task Order in a sentence

  • Consultant shall bear these costs unless agreed to, in writing, by City, upon the issuance of a Finalized Task Order.

  • After the written approval by City of drawings, reports or other documents and specifications at the end of each phase of Services, any revisions, additions or other modifications made at City’s request, which further involve services and expenses to Consultant, shall require an amendment to incorporate such services and associated compensation into this Agreement, which may be in the form of a Finalized Task Order, based on the fee schedule set forth in Exhibit 2, Fee Schedule, hereto.

  • Travel expenses, if any, shall be negotiated with each Finalized Task Order issued.

  • Each Finalized Task Order shall be numbered sequentially, starting with number one (1) and must reference this Agreement.

  • If, upon review of Finalized Task Orders, corrections, modifications, alterations or additions are required of Consultant, these items shall be completed by Consultant before that Finalized Task Order is approved.

  • Once Consultant and City reach mutual agreement as to scope, staffing, scheduling and cost, City shall issue a Finalized Task Order to be executed by both parties evidencing the agreed to scope, staffing, schedule and costs.

  • Payments to Consultant shall be in the amount shown on the invoices consistent with the Finalized Task Order and its supporting documentation submitted and shall be subject to City’s approval.

  • Should the scope of a Finalized Task Order subsequently change, either Consultant or City may request a review of the anticipated services with an appropriate adjustment in compensation.

  • Any services provided or expenses incurred, prior to receiving a written notice to proceed from City or provided or incurred after the expiration of this Agreement on a particular Finalized Task Order will be at Consultant’s sole risk and expense and may not be reimbursable by City.

  • City’s approval shall be evidenced by the Finalized Task Order executed by both parties.

Related to Finalized Task Order

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Compounding Methodology Supplement means, in relation to the Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate or the Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate, a document which:

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities Grantee must perform to complete the Project, as specified in the Grant Agreement, and as may be amended.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement for implementation of the Project, giving disbursement arrangements, performance indicators, terms of reference of staff and other administrative, financial and organizational arrangements, including a chapter on procurement procedures, and setting forth the criteria for the Subprojects, as hereinafter defined, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;
