Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, interest on Fixed Rate Securities (including interest for partial periods) will be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.
If the applicable due date for payment on the Fixed Rate Securities is not a Business Day, payment will be made on the next succeeding day which is a Business Day.
