Fixed Rate Senior Notes definition

Fixed Rate Senior Notes means the 10% Series A Fixed Rate Senior Notes due 2001, as amended or supplemented from time to time, issued by the Borrower and Finance Corp. pursuant to the 1994 Indenture.
Fixed Rate Senior Notes means the Company’s 8% Senior Notes due 2016 issued on December 10, 2009 pursuant to the Fixed Rate Senior Notes Indenture.
Fixed Rate Senior Notes means the senior notes due November 15, 2007 issued by Company pursuant to the Fixed Rate Senior Note Indenture.
