Group I Class definition

Group I Class. A Principal Distribution Amount is allocated as follows: (a) to the Lower-Tier Interest A-6 an amount equal to the Class A-6 Lockout Distribution Amount and (b) as a distribution on the Lower-Tier Interest A-1 until the Lower-Tier Interest A-1 Termination Date, the Class A-1 Principal Distribution Amount; as a distribution on the Lower-Tier Interest A-2 until the Lower-Tier Interest A-2 Termination Date, the Class A-2 Distribution Amount; as a distribution on the Lower-Tier Interest A-3 until the Lower-Tier Interest A-3 Termination Date, the Class A-3 Distribution Amount; as a distribution on the Lower-Tier Interest A-4 until the Lower-Tier Interest A-4 Termination Date, the Class A-4 Distribution Amount; as a distribution on the Lower-Tier Interest A-5 until the Lower-Tier Interest A-5 Termination Date, the Class A-5 Distribution Amount; and as a distribution on the Lower-Tier Interest A-6 until the Lower-Tier Interest A-6 Termination Date, the Class A-6 Distribution Amount.
Group I Class. A Principal Distribution Amount shall equal the Group I Principal Distribution Amount until the Certificate Principal Balance of the Group I Class A Certificates has been reduced to zero;
Group I Class. A Certificates The Class A-1 Certificates will accrue Pass-Through Rate: interest at a variable rate equal to the least of (i) one-month LIBOR plus [] bps ([] bps after the first distribution date on which the Optional Clean-up Call is exercisable), (ii) the Loan Group I Cap and (iii) the WAC Cap.

  • For federal income tax purposes, such amounts paid to the Group I Supplemental Interest Trust on each Distribution Date shall first be deemed paid to the Group I Supplemental Interest Trust in respect of REMIC VII Regular Interest IO to the extent of the amount distributable on such REMIC VII Regular Interest IO on such Distribution Date, and any remaining amount shall be deemed paid to the Group I Supplemental Interest Trust in respect of a Group I Class IO Distribution Amount.

  • Any such distributions in respect of the Group I Class A Certificates will be distributed to such Classes in the manner provided in the first subparagraph of this subsection.

  • In addition, notwithstanding the foregoing clause (a)(2), to the extent a Group I Class IO Distribution Amount is payable from principal collections, Principal Distribution Amounts related to Loan Group I will be deemed paid to the most subordinate Class of Group I Regular Certificates (other than the Class I-P Certificates), until the Certificate Principal Balance thereof has been reduced to zero, and such amount will be paid pursuant to Section 3.21(f).

  • Notwithstanding clause (v) above, the aggregate amounts distributed on all Distribution Dates to the Holders of the Class A-1 Certificates on account of the Group I Class A Principal Distribution Amount shall not exceed the Original Group I Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates.

Group I Class. A Interest Rate Beginning on the first Distribution Date, and Cap: for a period of 32 months thereafter, an Interest Rate Cap will be entered into by the Trust for the benefit of the Group I Class A Certificates. For its duration, the Group I Class A Interest Rate Cap pays the Trust the product of (i) the excess, if any, of the then current 1-month LIBOR rate (not to exceed the cap ceiling) over the cap strike (on an Actual/360 day count basis) and (ii) the Group I Class A Interest Rate Cap Notional Balance ("the Class Group I Class A Interest Rate Cap Payment") as described on the schedule herein.
