Company shall commence the Implementation Work only following Company’s receipt of both (x) a Notice to Proceed from Developer and (y) the Implementation Commencement Prepayment.

The work contemplated by this Exhibit and this Agreement does not include any permitting activities or any construction, relocations, alterations, modifications, or upgrades with respect to any Company, Developer or third party facilities, the Transmission Project or any interconnection thereof to the Company’s Transmission System (“Implementation Work”), nor does Company make any commitment to undertake such Implementation Work.
Monies remaining from the Initial Prepayment after payment of all Company Reimbursable Costs for the Preliminary Engineering & Design Work, if any, shall be credited to the Customer for use toward defraying Company Reimbursable Costs for the Implementation Work.
Customer shall pay or reimburse Company for all Company Reimbursable Costs actually incurred in connection with performance of the Implementation Work.
The Project Manager shall work collaboratively with the State and participate in regularly scheduled statewide Blueprint program activities and meetings including but not limited to: Project Manager meetings, Expansion Design and Evaluation Committee meetings, Payment Implementation Work Group meetings, Information Technology meetings, and the Blueprint Annual Meeting.
The Local Implementation Work Group shall prepare a draft annual work plan and budget consisting of an itemized statement of the Greater ▇▇▇▇▇▇ River Comprehensive Watershed Management Plan revenues and expenses for the ensuing calendar year which shall be presented to the Policy Advisory Committee for review.
The parties agree to establish a Local Implementation Work Group, which shall consist of, but not limited to, local staff, including local county water planners, local watershed district staff, local SWCD staff, and local city staff, for the purposes of logistical, and day-to-day decision-making in the implementation of the Greater ▇▇▇▇▇▇ River Comprehensive Watershed Management Plan.
The work contemplated by this Exhibit and this Agreement does not include any permitting activities or any construction, relocations, alterations, modifications, or upgrades with respect to any Company, Developer or third party facilities or the Interconnection Project (“Implementation Work”), nor does Company make any commitment to undertake such Implementation Work.
The parties agree to establish, under this Agreement, a Policy Advisory Committee, a Technical Advisory Committee, and a Local Implementation Work Group.
