Implementation Work definition

Implementation Work shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A of this Agreement. “Indemnitee” shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8 of this Agreement. “Indemnitor” shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8 of this Agreement

  • The parties agree to establish a Local Implementation Work Group, which shall consist of, but not limited to, local staff, including local county water planners, local watershed district staff, local SWCD staff, and local city staff, for the purposes of logistical, and day-to-day decision-making in the implementation of the Greater ▇▇▇▇▇▇ River Comprehensive Watershed Management Plan.

Implementation Work. Upon completion of the IGA, PG&E will provide an ECM implementation proposal for the Project that was the subject of that IGA, which will include a description of the additional design, engineering and construction services PG&E could provide under this Agreement to implement the ECMs that were the subject of the IGA, including the proposed price and schedule for implementation. PG&E will not participate in any Customer decision regarding whether and to what extent to pursue implementation of such Project. If Customer decides to pursue implementation of the Project, it may issue an Implementation WO to PG&E specifying, among other things, the ECMs to be installed as part of the Project, price, schedule, and source of funding.
Implementation Work means the work carried out by or on behalf of Leya pursuant to a Statement of Work (whether explicitly stated in the Statement of Work or not).

Related to Implementation Work

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement for implementation of the Project, giving disbursement arrangements, performance indicators, terms of reference of staff and other administrative, financial and organizational arrangements, including a chapter on procurement procedures, and setting forth the criteria for the Subprojects, as hereinafter defined, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
