Implementation Workplan definition

Implementation Workplan is defined in Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
Implementation Workplan means the specific plan, complete with task dependencies, durations, and resourcing assignments of the Parties, intended to result in successful use of the System.
Implementation Workplan has the meaning given in Section 5.3.

  • The Implementation Workplan shall establish the time frames for performing the Implementation Services that each party will use its best endeavors to comply with.

  • If either party believes that a change in a Procurement Document, Implementation Workplan, project or other work effort (whether in time frames, costs or deliverables) is necessary or desirable, such party shall submit a written change request to the other (a “Change Request”).

Related to Implementation Workplan

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
