Implementing Acts definition

Implementing Acts means the implementing regulation for REMIT EU No 1348/2014.
Implementing Acts means the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1348/2014 of 17 December 2014 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to data reporting implementing Article 8(2) and Article 8(6)

Related to Implementing Acts

  • Implementing Agencies means the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and the World Bank in accordance with paragraph 22 of the Instrument.

  • Implementing Authority means the Municipal Manager or his or her nominee, acting in terms of section 100 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act No. 32 of 2000.

  • Implementing Agency means the Central Agency as notified by the Central Government from time to time for the implementation of “uniform renewable energy tariff for central pool” under these rules
