Index Data definition

Index Data means: (a) the level(s) of an Index (the “Index Levels”); and (b) data related to an Index including index name, composition and weightings, but not including Third-Party Data (the “Index Composition”).
Index Data means data provided by CF Benchmarks that it makes available on its API and through other means of electronic transmission either directly or via a data vendor Informational Material: all Prospectus, advertisements, brochures, promotional and other similar informational material that in any way use or refer to CF Benchmarks, the Index Data or the Products.
Index Data means any data (other than Market Data) concerning an SGI Index or any Index Component reasonably required (i) by the Index Calculation Agent for the maintenance of the SGI Index and/or the calculation of the Index Level and/or (ii) for the monitoring thereof by the Index Sponsor.

Examples of Index Data in a sentence

  • The Licensee agrees to identify at all times Skytra as the source of the Index Data and to Skytra’s rights to any associated trademark.

  • This obligation to provide information is limited to information and Index Data which are publicly available.

  • Subject to Clause 7.1, no responsibility is accepted by or on behalf of Cboe for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Services and/or the Index Data.

  • Cboe may terminate this Index Agreement by the provision of at least thirty days’ notice after receipt of notice from the Recipient of such a transfer if in Cboe’s reasonable opinion it does not wish to continue to make the Index Data and/or Services available to Recipient’s successor and/or Affiliate as applicable.

  • Cboe does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance or fitness for a particular purpose of the Index Data.

  • If the Recipient becomes aware of any Index Data Clients or Service Providers that Distribute and/or intend to Distribute the Index Data it shall inform Cboe immediately and instruct such parties to contact Cboe in respect of the same.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, DLC agrees that it will not sublicense or otherwise make available to any other person the Indices, Index Data, Marks and/or information licensed under the Related Agreements on more favorable economic terms in the aggregate to such other person than the terms in this Sublicense.

  • This includes all securities listed on the Boerse (such as equities, bonds, derivative securities), the prices and price estimates (best bid and best ask) determined at the Boerse and the associated volumes, indicators and statistical data, Index Data, master data, plus other types of information.


More Definitions of Index Data

Index Data means data the purpose of which is to distinctively identify information and that can be queried by means of a search routine to ascertain whether or not information is available.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you hereby grant to Coveo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to (a) collect, use, copy, store, transmit, modify and create derivative works of Customer Data, in each case solely to the extent necessary to provide the applicable Hosted Services to you or improve the Hosted Services, and (b) to distribute and publicly perform and display Customer Data as you (or your Users) direct or enable through the Hosted Services. Coveo may also access your account or instance in order to respond to your support requests. To the extent applicable under privacy Laws, the Customer Data will be processed by Coveo in accordance with Coveo’s standard data processing addendum available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en/pages/data-processing- addendum or a successor URL.

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index (other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Index at the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Market Data means pricing or other data related to Securities and other assets. Market Data includes but is not limited to security identifiers, valuations, bond ratings, classification data and other data received from investment managers and others.

  • Index Disruption means in respect of an Index on any Valuation Date, the Index Sponsor fails to calculate and announce such Index.
