Intel Data definition

Intel Data means all aggregate information, raw data, analytics and data created, derived or generated in any manner from or by the Software or Cloud Services during Your, Your employees, contractors, or end users use of Software or the Cloud Services but does not include Customer Data. (g) “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person of which You are the Data Controller and in relation to which Intel is providing the Cloud Services. For purposes of this definition, an “identifiable person” is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. (h) “Software” means certain software or other collateral, including, but not limited to, related components, application program interfaces, device drivers, associated media, printed or electronic documentation and any updates or releases thereto associated with Intel product(s), software or service(s).
Intel Data means Data that Intel or any Authorized User (i) runs on the products or services, (ii) causes to interface with the products or services, or (iii) uploads to the products or services under Intel’s Service account or otherwise transfers, processes, uses or stores in connection with Intel’s Service account. For the purposes of clarity, Intel Data includes but is not limited to Intel Employees’ and Contingent Workersauthentication information, Personal Information and may include Data licensed to Intel by third parties.
