Interruption Event definition

Interruption Event means an incident or event which has a significant impact on the performance of the Services, more particularly detailed in the Business Continuity Plan as at the Effective Date;

Interruption Event means a hurricane, tropical storm, tornado, tidal wave or other similar violent weather event.

Interruption Event means any interruption to a Works caused by; a Force Majeure Event, the Customer’s failure to carry out or perform any obligation required of it under this agreement which in the sole opinion of the Company does or may cause a delay in the Works and any other matter which in the reasonable opinion of the Company will cause an interruption or delay in the performance of the Works; “Statement of Work” means the details outlining the provision of the Works, which statement can be delivered verbally or in writing (including email) and may include (where applicable) an estimate or quotation (as specifically expressed as the case) of costs; “Variation” means a change in the Statement of Work including the specifications, scope, time of supply, price or scale of the Works and such variation shall form part of this agreement; “Workmanship” means a good and high quality and standard of delivery in connection with the Services performed; “Works” means the supply of Goods and the provision of Services to the Customer as per each Statement of Work;

Interruption Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

Interruption Event means theft, strike, lock-out, load shedding, blackout, fire, explosion, flood, riot, war, accident, act of nature, embargo, legislation, shortage of or a

Interruption Event means a System Breach or Denial of Service Attack that interrupts an Insured’s Computer System for a period longer than the applicable Waiting Period.

Interruption Event has the meaning ascribed thereto in Clause 4.6.1.

Interruption Event means act of God and/or Force Majeure (which for the purposes of this Agreement means pandemics war, political riots, civil commotions, legal prohibitions or restrictions, government acts, electrical load-shedding or surges, fire, floods, storms, earthquakes or other similar natural disasters).

Interruption Event means in the reasonable judgment of DSI the occurrence of any condition exceeding 96 hours in duration pursuant to which all DSI Deepwells shall be unable to accept injection of Waste Material which either is authorized to accept pursuant to the DSI Permit in commercial quantities by reason of (i) fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake, tidal wave, war, insurrection, civil disorder, military operations or national emergency, (ii) any mechanical malfunction (including interruption of power sources) of pumps or other injection equipment, hole blockage or collapse, casing leakage or rupture or other mechanical condition or failure disabling the DSI Deepwells, or (iii) any interruption due to any cause not attributable in whole or in part to DSI's negligence or willful acts, but beyond DSI's control, similar or dissimilar to the causes enumerated above. In no event shall an Interruption Event be deemed to exist if (a) one of the DSI Deepwells remains active and is legally able to accept injection of Waste Material or (b) any DSI Permit shall be revoked for any reason.
