Master Data File definition

Master Data File has the meaning set forth in Schedule C, Section 3.1.
Master Data File has the meaning given such term in Schedule 1, Section 3.1(a).
Master Data File has the meaning set forth in Schedule 2 (Project Evaluation).

Examples of Master Data File in a sentence

  • Seller shall provide the data to the CAISO (and to Buyer) that is required for the CAISO’s Master Data File and Resource Data Template (or successor data systems) for the Facility consistent with this Agreement.

  • At least once per Contract Year, Seller shall review and confirm that the data provided for the CAISO’s Master Data File and Resource Data Template (or successor data systems) for this Facility remains consistent with the actual operating characteristics of the Facility and update such data as appropriate.

  • Seller shall provide the data to the CAISO (and to Buyer) that is required for the CAISO’s Master Data File and Resource Data Template (or successor data systems) for this Project consistent with this Agreement.

  • Seller shall provide the data to Buyer that is required for the CAISO’s Master Data File and Resource Data Template (or successor data systems) for the Facility consistent with this Agreement at least five (5) Business Days before the deadline for submission to CAISO and Buyer (as SC) shall promptly provide such data to CAISO.

  • At least once per Contract Year, Seller shall review and confirm that the data provided for the CAISO’s Master Data File and Resource Data Template (or successor data systems) and CPUC’s Master Resource Database for this Facility remains consistent with the actual operating characteristics of the Facility and provide such information to Buyer for review at least five (5) Business Days prior to submission to the CAISO or CPUC as applicable.

  • The Parties will collaborate to comply with the applicable deadlines for filing and updating the information for the Facility in the Master Resource Database and Master Data File.

  • Seller shall provide the data to the CAISO (and to Buyer) that is required for the CAISO’s Master Data File and Resource Data Template (or successor data systems) for this Project.

  • Then, DOCCS Research will update the Master Data File with Recidivism Data for each corresponding Population Member.

  • DOCCS Research will create a hard copy of the Master Data File about every 60 days to protect against computer storage issues and store it in a secure location.

  • DOCCS Research will back up the Master Data File about every 15 days, so that it can be retrieved in case of a data systems failure.

Related to Master Data File

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • Data Tape The list of all mortgage loans, dated as of the date specified therein, whose Mortgage Servicing Rights will be sold, or that are anticipated to be sold, as applicable, to Seller under the Asset Purchase Agreement.

  • Data Tape Information The information provided by the Originators as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Purchaser setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor;

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Loan Setup File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
