Maximum Sum definition

Maximum Sum means the maximum amount of the Grant to be provided by the Authority to the Grant Recipient for the Funded Activities;
Maximum Sum means the maximum amount of Grant to be provided by the Secretary of State for the support of the Project and includes the Capital Maximum Sum and the Revenue Maximum Sum.
Maximum Sum means (subject to clause 22.7) the maximum amount of Grant payable by us for the Project under this Agreement as specified in Schedule 2 to this Agreement;
