Minimum Scope deployment of the System along Railway Right of Way detailed in Section 3.3 of the Specifications (excluding Sections 3.3.3.14 - 3.4.12 of the Specifications), including deployment of the System in tunnels, erection of two Control Centers and two Operation and Maintenance Centers, ordering of End Devices, all in accordance with the quantities specified in Table 1, Sheet 4 (Prices) of the Electronic File;

Examples of Minimum Scope in a sentence

  • Following MSR’s delivery of the applicable Milestone design documents, then within 10 business days, the City Representative shall either (i) accept in writing the Milestone review package or (ii) provide in writing to MSR comments specifying the Milestone’s failure to comply with the Minimum Scope, the Design Standards (subject to such exceptions as may have been agreed to in writing pursuant to Section 5.1.B and 5.1.C), and/or the DD+ Design.

  • Within 10 business days, the Director will either (i) provide written approval of the MSR Proposed Final Design or (ii) provide MSR any written objections that are based upon the MSR Proposed GMP Design’s failure to comply with the Minimum Scope, the Design Standards (subject to such exceptions as may have been agreed to by the SPS and City Representative pursuant to Sections 5.1.B and 5.1.C), or the DD+ Design (as previously approved or conditionally approved by the City and SPS).

  • MSR shall not be required to modify the Project design in a manner that expands the scope beyond the Minimum Scope.

  • The Minimum Scope includes on-site space to house Seattle Center’s trade shops, event support, and building and grounds laborers as described in more detail in the Seattle Center Design Requirements in Section 5.1.C and Exhibit E (the “Shop/Warehouse Space”).

  • SPS and the City may participate in discussions and represent the SPS and City’s position with respect to the design’s conformance to the Design Standards and Minimum Scope.

  • Prior to or upon signature of this Agreement, SPS, the City, and MSR have approved the DD+ Design and determined it is consistent with the Minimum Scope for the Project and meets the Design Standards at the applicable design stage.

  • All design reviews, comments, and approvals required by SPS and the City shall be made with reference to these Design Standards and the Minimum Scope.

Minimum Scope. A blanket builder's risk insurance policy on an "all risk" basis for the entire Project including: (1) coverage for any ensuing loss from faulty workmanship, Nonconforming Work materials, omission or deficiency in design or specifications; (2) coverage against damage or loss caused by the perils of fire (with extended coverage), earth movement, flood, theft, vandalism and malicious mischief and machinery accidents and operational testing; (3) coverage for removal of debris, including demolition from the enforcement of any applicable local, state, or federal requirement, and insuring the buildings, structures, machinery, equipment, facilities, fixtures and all other properties constituting a part of the Project; (4) transit coverage, including ocean marine coverage (unless insured by the supplier), with sub-limits sufficient to insure the full replacement value of any key equipment item; (5) coverage with sub-limits sufficient to insure the full replacement value of any property or equipment stored either on or off the Site, and (6) coverage for architect and engineering fees required as a result of a covered loss. Such insurance shall be on a form acceptable to the Alamo RMA and shall have a limit equal to the probable maximum loss to replace the completed Project or $200,000,000, whichever is greater plus "soft cost expense cover" (including attorneys' fees and fees and other costs associated with such damage or loss and with any Governmental Approvals) with a limit of $5,000,000 and shall include earthquake insurance with a $25,000,000 minimum annual aggregate limit and flood insurance with a $25,000,000 minimum annual aggregate limit. There shall be no coinsurance penalty provision in any such policy. Ocean Marine coverage shall be provided through this insurance or separate Ocean Marine insurance. Deductibles or self-insured retentions shall be subject to the Alamo RMA’s approval.

Related to Minimum Scope

  • Minimum Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.1(d).

  • Minimum Term means, in respect of this Agreement, the period of 12 months beginning on the Effective Date;
