MLS System definition

MLS System means the aggregate of all hardware and telecommunications systems that SCAOR maintains in order to make access to the MLS Database available to Subscriber.
MLS System means the co-operative selling system operated and promoted by the Association in conjunction with the MLS® Marks. The MLS® System includes an inventory of listings of participating REALTORS®, and ensures a certain level of accuracy of information, professionalism and co-operation amongst REALTORS® to effect the purchase and Trade of real estate.
MLS System means the aggregate of all hardware and telecommunications systems that SCAOR maintains (or that SCAOR’s contractors maintain on its behalf) in order to make access to the MLS Database available to Participant.

  • The parties acknowledge that among the services offered by NTREIS is a computer-based electronic on-line information system (the "On-Line MLS System") designed to provide, and which provides, MLS Participants with access to current and historical information and data, and compilations of such information and data, about residential and commercial real estate listings and leases (the "MLS Database").
