Mobile Operators definition

Mobile Operators means operators licensed to provide public mobile telecommunications services;
Mobile Operators means any mobile operator providing services to mobile subscribers in the Territory and who agrees to provide Short-code/Long-code and SMS Push connectivity to COMPANY NAME.
Mobile Operators means the telecommunications/cellular service providers in the PRC, including but not limited to China Mobile Communication Corporation and China United Telecommunications Co., Ltd. which are linked to the Services and Applications, as set out in Schedule 1;

More Definitions of Mobile Operators

Mobile Operators. The companies that operate the mobile telephone networks, including but not limited to 3UK, Orange, T Mobile, Vodafone, Virgin and O2. Where a Service is offered for use outside of the UK then Mobile Operators includes all applicable mobile telephone networks in the countries that the Service is being offered. “MSISDN mobile number” a Mobile Subscriber ISDN Number operated by SMS EXPERT which may be used for Customers or a Customers users to send keywords and other sms text messages to. The combination of an MSISDN and keyword creates an SMS Expert mobile domain name; “Order” means the Customers application for the Services and represented by the details laid out on the Order Form; “premium rate sms” sms text messages sent to mobile phones which are billed at premium tariffs by the mobile network operator directly to the phone ▇▇▇▇ or pre-pay wallet of the phone owner. Such messages do not cost SMS EXPERT or the Customer to send and SMS EXPERT receives back a commission from the mobile network operator of which a portion is passed on to the Customer. Such messages together with the sending and marketing of them are governed by PHONEPAYPLUS; “Qualifying Services” those Services provided by SMS EXPERT to the Customer as detailed in any Appendices to this Agreement or any Addendums to this Agreement on which commission is payable to the Affiliate pursuant to this Agreement; “Reseller” a Customer that resells the Services of SMS EXPERT; “Referral” a Customer who visits SMS EXPERT’s Websites for the first time as a direct result of having followed the Link from the Affiliate’s Website; “Distance Selling Regulations” means the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000;
