Monitoring Procedures definition

Monitoring Procedures means Monitoring Procedures and Investment Performance Criteria to be adopted by the Board and, when adopted, will be included as Appendix 3 to this Agreement, as may be modified from time to time.
Monitoring Procedures means the Programme monitoring procedures, Programme audits and any other reporting, monitoring or audit processes required by a central Government department in relation to the Programme Objectives and Outputs means the successful delivery and completion of all Projects and or initiatives as agreed by the Joint Committee together with such other objectives and outputs as are adopted by the parties from time to time in accordance with this Agreement
Monitoring Procedures means those procedures and requirements adopted or imposed by the City, and modified by the City from time to time, for the purpose of discharging its responsibilities pursuant to 24 CFR 92.252 to monitor compliance by the Project Owner and the Project with the provisions of 24 CFR 92.252 and to notify the Project Owner of instances of noncompliance.

  • A monitoring will be conducted annually and onsite in accordance with the Area Agency on Aging Contract Monitoring Procedures Manual.

  • The GLO or HUD will periodically monitor and audit Developer’s compliance with the requirements of this Agreement, the CDBG Regulations, the CDBG Single Family Rental Housing Guidelines, and any and all other Governmental Requirements, in accordance with GLO Compliance Monitoring Procedures during the term.

  • During the Term, Developer agrees to permit the GLO, HUD, and/or a designated representative of the GLO or HUD, to access the Property for the purpose of performing Compliance Monitoring Procedures.

  • UMBFS will submit information requests to Financial Intermediaries in accordance with the Company’s Monitoring Procedures or as otherwise directed by the Company.

Monitoring Procedures means Monitoring Procedures and Criteria adopted by the ScholarShare Investment Board and dated March 19, 2020, included as Appendix 3 to this Agreement, as may be modified from time to time.

Related to Monitoring Procedures

  • Ordering Procedures means the ordering and award procedures specified in Clause 6 (Ordering Procedures) and Framework Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure);

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
