Net Asset Value per Class definition

Net Asset Value per Class means, for each Class of Partnership Unit, the Net Asset Value allocable to such Class of Partnership Units, calculated using a methodology consistent with the methodology described in the Prospectus for calculating the net asset value of the corresponding Class of REIT Shares, as the Prospectus may be amended from time to time.

  • This fee is calculated on the basis of the Net Asset Value per Class as at each Valuation Day.
