Net Asset Value per Interest definition

Net Asset Value per Interest means the Net Asset Value divided by the number of Interests outstanding on the date of calculation.
Net Asset Value per Interest means the Net Asset Value relating to Interests. “Net Capital Proceeds Portion” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(d). “Net Current Income Portion” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(b).
