New Subprocessor definition

New Subprocessor has the meaning given in Section 11.1 (Consent to Subprocessor Engagement).
New Subprocessor means any Subprocessor, with the exception of consultants and coaches, to which RB wishes to delegate the processing of Personal Data;
New Subprocessor has the meaning defined in Section 5.7 (b) of this Agreement;

Examples of New Subprocessor in a sentence

  • If Customer has a reasonable basis to object to Humanity’s use of a new Sub-processor, Customer will notify Humanity promptly in writing within 15 days after receipt of a New Sub-processor Notice.

  • If Customer has a reasonable basis to object to SurveyMonkey’s use of a new or replacement Sub-processor, Customer will notify SurveyMonkey promptly in writing and in any event within 30 days after receipt of a New Sub-processor Notice.

  • Customer may, within 90 days after being notified of the engagement of a New Subprocessor, object by immediately terminating the Agreement for convenience by notifying Google.

  • When any New Subprocessor is engaged during the Term, Google will, at least 30 days before the New Subprocessor starts processing any Customer Data, notify Customer of the engagement (including the name and location of the relevant subprocessor and the activities it will perform).

  • The Client shall raise any reasonable objections to the appointment of the New Subprocessor in writing within ten (10) Business Days of such notice.

  • Customer may also sign up to receive notifications of new Sub- processors via e-mail by e-mailing ▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ with the subject “Subscribe to New Subprocessor Notifications” and specifying the email address such notifications should be sent to.

  • In such case, it will notify Customer without undue delay (“New Sub- processor Notice”) and 4.3 applies accordingly, except for the fact that the New Sub-processor Notice is replaced by the notice under this paragraph.

  • If Customer has a reasonable basis to object to SurveyMonkey’s use of a new or replacement Sub-processor, Customer will notify SurveyMonkey (and, to the extent applicable, SurveyMonkey Europe) promptly in writing and in any event within 15 days after receipt of a New Sub-processor Notice.

  • If Customer has a reasonable basis to object to the use of a new Subprocessor, Customer will notify Processor promptly in writing within fifteen (15) days after the posting of a New Subprocessor Notice.

  • Subprocessor means any person appointed by or on behalf of Processor to process Personal Data on behalf of the Company in connection with the Agreement.

  • the subprocessor means any processor engaged by the data importer or by any other subprocessor of the data importer who agrees to receive from the data importer or from any other subprocessor of the data importer personal data exclusively intended for processing activities to be carried out on behalf of the data exporter after the transfer in accordance with his instructions, the terms of the Clauses and the terms of the written subcontract;

  • Subprocessors means a service provider of Autodesk, Inc. or its affiliates.
