New Tenants definition

New Tenants means those tenants who lawfully begin residence at the Project after the date of this Agreement. New Tenants never become Current Tenants.
New Tenants includes their successors and assigns with respect to the New Leases.
New Tenants means (i) tenants who executed comparable leases within six (6) months prior to Tenant's exercise of the applicable Option or (ii) if no comparable lease exists within that six (6) month period, tenants who have executed comparable leases within twelve (12) months prior to Tenant's exercise of that Option. Landlord shall notify Tenant of the then prevailing market rate ("Rate Notice") promptly after Tenant's exercise of the Option; and if such rate is not acceptable to Tenant, then Tenant has the right to rescind its exercise of the Option by providing a written revocation notice to Landlord within ten (10) days of Tenant's receipt of Landlord's Rate Notice. In such case Tenant will have no further right to renew this Lease under Exhibit "E".

Examples of New Tenants in a sentence

  • If there are any New Tenant(s) on a renewal Lease, the New Tenant(s) will pay a damage deposit, and the damage deposit of the previous Tenant(s) will be returned to the those Tenant(s), who shall not be Tenant(s) on the renewal Lease, as required by the previous Lease.

  • New Tenants moving into a completely vacated (non-renewal or partial renewal) apartment have a choice on cleaning.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller shall be permitted the rights against Tenants and New Tenants as provided in the Assignment Reservation set forth in Paragraph 13.03 hereof.

  • However, if paid by Tenants or New Tenants, Seller shall credit Purchaser with the amount thereof received by Seller from such Tenants or New Tenants, to the extent not applied to the payment obligations under the Contracts.

  • The Owner shall maintain on file, for a period of not less than three (3) years, an executed original of each New Tenant's Income Certification.


More Definitions of New Tenants

New Tenants means those Tenants who lawfully begin residence at the Project after the date of this Agreement. "Moderate Income Families" are persons or families whose annual incomes do not exceed 80% of AMI . "Affordable Unit" are Units where the initial rents are set at 30% of 80% of AMI or Units in which rents are at 30% of 80% of AMI and are occupied by Current Tenants that are willing to document their eligibility as Moderate Income Families as of the date of this Agreement or at a subsequent renewal.
New Tenants with respect to alternative locations or opportunities concerning industrial/distribution/warehouse real property for such Tenants or New Tenants, whether for purposes of leasing, selling or build-to-suit (an "Alternative Site"). In the event, during the period of Sealy's employment with Employer, any Non-Compete Party is contacted by any of the Tenants or New Tenants concerning an Alternative Site without having solicited or initiated contact, Sealy shall, and shall cause any other applicable Non-Compete Party to, immediately notify Employer of such fact and shall refer such Tenant or New Tenant to Employer. Sealy further agrees that, in the event of breach of any or all of the covenants contained in this Section 7.1, Employer shall be entitled to all available remedies against any or all of the Non-Compete Parties, at law or in equity, including, without limitation, injunctive relief, all of which remedies shall be cumulative and non-exclusive. Sealy hereby acknowledges that Employer performs one or more of the following business activities (the "Business Activities") within the parishes and counties set forth in Exhibit "C": (i) managing and operating industrial/warehouse/distribution real property assets; (ii) soliciting, meeting and negotiating with prospective tenants for occupancy in industrial/warehouse/distribution real property assets of Employer; and (iii) investigating potential acquisitions and developments of industrial/warehouse/distribution real property assets. The parties agree that, upon receipt of notice by Sealy from time to time from Employer indicating an expansion of the Business Activities to additional parish(es) or county(ies), as the case may be, the
New Tenants shall be defined as any tenant of the Project whose lease first becomes in force and effect after the Effective Date of this Lease.
New Tenants means those Tenants identified on Exhibit A-5 attached hereto and made a part hereof, who have entered into leases with respect to certain demised premises within a Property, but, at the time of Closing, may not be in possession of the premises demised under its respective Lease, open for business to the public and/or paying full and unabated rent under its Lease.
