Operational Guidelines definition

Operational Guidelines means rules, regulations and policies necessary for the proper organization and administration of the Department.
Operational Guidelines shall have the meaning ascribed to it under Clause 5.1;

Operational Guidelines means operational guidelines for the Department developed by the Fire Chief in accordance with this bylaw;
