The Original Class A Notes are issuable only in registered form in denominations as provided in the Indenture, subject to certain limitations therein set forth.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Additional Class A Notes shall be treated as a single class with the Original Class A Notes for all purposes hereunder and will rank pari passu in right of payment and security with the Original Class A Notes.
